All our rates are inclusive of breakfast. We are highly rated on TripAdvisor Top 10/140 hotels and Booking.com 9.3/10 All our comfortable Ensuite bedrooms are modern and bright with free WIFI. Oven cooked breakfasts are served in an airy dining room - we cater for vegan and gluten free dietary requirements, using good quality responsibly sourced food ingredients. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products, energy is supplied by Ecotricity and we promote all waste recycling. The fantastic sandy 7 mile beach is just a 5 minute stroll away from us, where you will find Boscombe Pier - with SUP, surfing, volleyball and several bars and restaurants right on the seafront. The promenade connects the whole bay to busier Bournemouth town and beyond, perfect for a stroll, run, cycle or e-scooter rental. Close to us are many independent eclectic shops, bars and cafes. A short distance away lies the start of 95 miles of Jurassic Coast - the UK's only natural UNESCO World Heritage site - including some of these sites - Isle of Purbeck/Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove/Harrys Rocks/Corfe Castle/Swanage; then we have the stunning New Forest National Park too, for wonderful scenic walks. *Enquiries* Larger groups can take sole use of the guest house - a perfect base for family and friend gatherings of up to 12 people. Room only and longer term rates available. First night only payments also possible. *Cancellation Terms* Provide evidence of Covid infection for 100% refund. If we can resell your room, you will receive a refund up to a maximum of the full amount, less the first nights cost, as we charge this on all bookings. Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival will be the full charge if no nights resold as above.

One night stay with 2 adults and 2 young children. Master bedroom with en-suite and adjoining room. Very homely guest house and a truly magnificent host. Cooked breakfast and continental breakfast for children was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
